We provide all necessary cleaning supplies free of charge If you require a specific product, please provide it for us. We do not carry a step stool, toilet bowl brush, or industrial mops. For sanitary reasons, we only use a Swifter for mopping floors, cloroxwipes etc. 

Customers can cancel or reschedule anytime as long as it's outside of 48hrs of the booking without a fee. Inside of 48hrs or the same day a rescheduling or cancellation fee of $60.00 will apply. If the clean was not canceled and the cleaner arrives to clean, the clean will be charged in full. Weekend and Public Holidays are excluded 

Customers are responsible for rescheduling or canceling cleans via text only. A confirmation text will be sent once your text is received. Cancellation can be only confirmed this way. Emails to reschedule or to cancel a clean are not valid and will not be accepted.

Yes! You can request to have the same cleaner or a new cleaner may be assigned. Please be sure to include whom you want in the comments box. If you REQUESTED a specific CLEANER, we'll try our best to assign them to you. When you book a recurring cleanwe always assign the same cleaner.

Credit Card is the only acceptable payment type. Zelle, cashapp, venmo, check, cash or any other type of payment is not accepted. 

Any gratitude given directly to our amazing cleaners in any form of payment is always welcome!

This is an authorization debit requested to your issuing bank to verify your credit card when payment is made by credit card.

It will get refunded back to you within the next 7-10 days.

Payment will be made on the same day of the clean. It can be at anytime of the day before or after the clean depending on the credit card issuing bank’s processing policy and time. We will only hold a payment until the day of the clean. You will only see a $1 charge until the full payment is processed.

You can simply update your profile info such as address and payment type, and bookig status on your account after creating a profile and signing in.
